Princess Mononoke 

43m.jpgI saw Princess Mononoke yesterday, and it was great! I didn’t expect it to be as good as Spirited Away, but it was possibly better. The plot had so much going on, and the animation was so detailed. I recommend watching this movie, and if you do, use the original Japanese audio, with literal english subtitles (not the english for the hearing impaired which syncs with the english audio)



This Land 

I actually saw this on the metro TV station in barcelona while i was waiting. Finally found it on the prestigious internet:

Brazilians decode coffee genome 

This is actually pretty cool, but the novelty of it makes it kind of funny too. I think this is a better approach to understanding the human genome than jumping right in to humans. Hopefully once Brazil gets its boom in coffee sales from this, those scientists can apply their knowledge to a slightly more complex genome.
